These terms explain use of travelohike.com and bookings arranged through TravelOHike. Read them together with your written quotation, itinerary, booking confirmation, refund and cancellation policy and privacy policy.

Our travel services

We offer Europe, Japan and the UK group tours; customized international tours across Europe, Maldives, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Dubai and Sri Lanka; and India packages to Ladakh, Kashmir, Andaman and Kerala. Available routes, departures and services are specified in the individual quotation. TravelOHike coordinates services with travel suppliers; the role and terms of any relevant supplier will be explained for your booking.

Quotations and confirmation

An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Quotations are subject to stated validity, availability and the payment terms provided. A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation of the agreed arrangements. Review traveller names, dates, itinerary, prices, inclusions and exclusions, and report any error promptly. We will disclose package-specific conditions before you confirm or pay.

Prices and payments

Your quotation states the currency, price basis, payment schedule and applicable taxes or charges. Flights, visas, meals, insurance, permits and optional activities are included only when expressly stated. Any permitted price adjustment and its basis will be explained before agreement. We will not add undisclosed compulsory charges after confirmation. Payments must follow the instructions in your official quotation or invoice; contact us if payment details appear inconsistent.

Cancellation, refunds and amendments

Cancellation charges, refund eligibility and amendment conditions depend on your specific package. These will be shared in writing with the itinerary or quotation before booking or payment. The agreed package terms apply to the relevant services, subject to law. Please read our refund policy and request clarification before confirming. Changes require availability and any applicable supplier approval; we will explain additional charges before proceeding.

Traveller information and documents

Provide accurate traveller details and, when required for confirmed services, valid identification and travel documents. If booking for others, you must have authority to provide their information and communicate the relevant terms to them. Review passport, visa, entry, transit and permit requirements for your itinerary. We will explain the document assistance included in your booking; no assistance guarantees a visa or entry decision.

Itinerary and supplier arrangements

Accommodation categories, transfers, sightseeing, meals and departure arrangements are governed by the confirmed itinerary. Changes may be necessary because of availability, operational disruption, weather or government restrictions. We will communicate material changes and available alternatives or refund options under the agreed terms and applicable law. Group departure conditions, including any minimum participation requirement, must be disclosed before booking.

Travel needs and insurance

Tell us about accessibility or other arrangements you need before booking so we can discuss availability with suppliers. Travel insurance is included only if stated. Review any insurance coverage and exclusions independently. Follow applicable local rules and supplier safety instructions during travel.

Website content and responsible use

Website information helps you explore options; your current written quotation confirms availability and the services offered. Do not use this site for unlawful activity or submit information you are not entitled to share. Site content and branding belong to TravelOHike or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links for personal travel planning; commercial reuse requires permission.

Our responsibilities and your rights

Supplier terms do not remove TravelOHike’s own responsibilities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. We do not promise that travel will be free from disruption or that website content will remain unchanged.
